Mixed Herb Enema
What is it?
An enema clears the lower bowel. About 750ml of water with mixed herbs are flushed into the colon through tubes via a stainless steel scope. The enema bucket is kept higher up so gravity flushes the water up the colon. It encourages feces that impact the bowel wall to come out. Unlike a colonic, the client is encouraged to sit on the toilet afterwords.
What does it help with?
Mixed herb enemas help with constipation, parasites, diarrhea, and coffee enemas help to cleanse the liver.
What are the benefits?
Results can include less bloating, regulated opening of the bowel, and improved energy levels.
Which is better – enemas or colonics?
A colonic is a Rolls Royce of enemas and is normally more effective but enemas can be helpful.
